- Until we deliver your first draft or spend money on your behalf (for example, on advertising): cancel for a full refund.
- After that: the fee isn't refundable, except any advertising money we haven't spent yet, which we refund.
- If we can't deliver: full refund.
- Hire Blueprint and Onboard Blueprint packages: Once we deliver your first Role Blueprint draft, the full package fee is no longer refundable.
HR Blueprint
HR Blueprint work is paid in advance.
- If you cancel before work starts: full refund.
- Once work has started: we refund any prepaid time you haven't used and any prepaid stages we haven't started.
- If we can't deliver: full refund.
