What if I already have a Blueprint Position Description?
Hire Blueprint is $600 + GST and Onboard Blueprint $395 + GST. We check it's still current first. Screening Blueprint has one price.
Who runs recruitment?
With Hire Blueprint, you do, using our tools. With Screening Blueprint, we advertise, screen and recommend up to four candidates; you interview and decide.
How does the recorded-answer screening work?
Candidates answer a few set questions by voice, with no camera. We assess the written transcripts; the audio is deleted straight away. You get our report, not recordings or transcripts.
Is Onboard Blueprint a probation period?
No. This plan isn't a trial or probation period; those are set in your employment agreement.
Can you guarantee a successful hire?
No. We give you a clearer role and a better basis for your decisions. Hiring is still a judgement call.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You get a full refund until we deliver your first draft or spend money on your behalf (for example, on advertising). After that, the fee isn't refundable, except any advertising money we haven't spent yet. If we can't deliver, you get a full refund. For packages, once we deliver your first Role Blueprint draft, the full package fee is no longer refundable.
Is the 30-minute chat really free?
Yes. It's free and there's no obligation. We talk through what you need and your options, and you decide what to do next.
How is HR Blueprint priced?
In whatever way suits you: hourly, a project quote, a retainer or a package. We agree the price and what it covers before any work starts. Once you're happy with the scope and price, we'll send you an invoice. Payment is made in advance, before work begins.
Do you give legal advice?
No. If you need a lawyer, we'll tell you.
How quickly will you reply?
