What will I receive?
- A shared 90-day plan for the person and their manager
- A one-page manager guide with four questions to use at each review
How will it help me?
Each priority links the difference the person should begin making with what they need to learn, practise and be given, and who provides it. Your Blueprint Position Description stays the reference throughout; the plan puts it into practice rather than replacing it.
Your manager holds reviews around days 30, 60 and 90. Each one checks both sides: is the person getting able to do the work, and is the business providing the clarity, authority and support it agreed?
If you've hired recently, relevant hiring evidence (such as interview notes or our recommendation report) informs the plan. Uncertainties from screening become things to discuss with the person, never assumed weaknesses.
What do you do, and what do I do?
- Confirm the role and start date. We begin once the offer is accepted or the internal move is confirmed.
- Manager call. We talk through the role, the person and the support you can provide.
- Review the draft. You send one set of combined feedback.
- Receive the final plan and the manager guide.
- Run the onboarding. Your manager leads it and discusses the plan with the person at the start.
The 90 days begin on the person's start date in the role. You run the onboarding and make all employment decisions.

Draft plan within 5 working days of the manager call and the information we need. Package: draft within 6 working days after your Role Blueprint is delivered and we've had the manager call and the information we need. Final plan within 3 working days of your feedback. To have it before the start date, allow time for the draft, your feedback and the final plan.
For packages, once we deliver your first Role Blueprint draft, the full package fee is no longer refundable.
