The thinking behind Role Blueprint
Role Blueprint connects what your business needs with the work a role exists to do, through four questions:

| Enablement | What must the business provide for the person to do the work well? |
First get clear on the role. Then identify the abilities needed. Then make sure the conditions are in place. Good work depends on all three together.
Completed activity doesn't on its own show the intended difference was made. Previous success is useful evidence from a particular setting; its relevance to your role still has to be judged.
